Job description
The internship will run over a 6 month period and will be focussed on two main aspects: Coworking Space & Hospitality Management and Marketing Support.


Coworking Space & Hospitality Management

  • Daily management of the coworking space, office management from A to Z
  • Welcome coworkers and ensure smooth daily running of the space
  • Responding to reservations and email correspondence
  • Taking care of visitors, introductions and explanations of the concept
  • Find and implement a coworking & reservation software
  • Organise and host events: running events and coordinating activities
  • Support the Mountain Hub Community management


Marketing Support

  • Promote Mountain Hub’s services
  • Promote Mountain Hub’s events
  • Initiate partnerships and collaborations with other spaces
  • Website support; writing articles and updating the website
  • Preparation of presentations and documents
  • Administrative support to Mountain Hub and its customer services


Desired experience and qualifications

  • Graduate or Undergraduate student with a degree (or studying for a degree) in business or Hospitality management
  • Sound knowledge and experience using Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
  • Knowledge of Adobe programs (e.g. Photoshop and Indesign) is advantageous
  • Knowledge of open-source CRM systems (e.g. WordPress) is advantageous
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French
  • Hands-on mentality, leadership and organisational qualities
  • Valid Swiss work permit or Swiss passport
